Shipping Info: All orders will be shipped out on Fridays.

Shipping time:

Germany: 2-4 days
Europe: 6-10 days
Worldwide: 2-4 weeks (differs from origin of your country)

The shippments can be delayed beyond our control. Always watch out for local postal issues around your country/area.

Pre-orders:

NOTE: If your order contains an unreleased product, the whole order will ship according to the release date.

All pre-orders will be shipped out beforehand. You will receive your pre-order according to the release date.

Shipping method:

All orders are send via DHL. Single CD and T-shirt orders are send without insurance. Vinyls are send with insurance inside Germany, Switzerland, UK and the EU. If you order multiple products, we try to send it with insurance. It depends on your origin and amount of products you ordered. We try to book an insurances for you if it is possible.
Return Policy: Already send out products can't be returned again.

If any damage was done to your delivered package through the delivery, please contact your delivery service and get the damage refund there. If they refuse to do so (can happen often if it is an international order), contact us and we contact our post service.
